Since multiple marriages are allowed in Islam, nothing can nullify his first marriage especially when it's consummated and they have a child, unless they plan to part ways ..Even if we think of this scenario, meerub will never live with a man who claimed haya as his sister and married her .She wouldn't want such a life for her daughter where she has to put up with her father's second marriage too.. If meerab decides to leave none can stop her, we all know that...
Regarding Murtasim khan, the man isn't that smart to make an elaborate plan of engagement and then marriage to publically humiliate Haya ..
Engagement is an assurance to commitment,it's not a commitment .So, if he chooses not to marry he still can say no...
This marriage drama, is neither for meerub nor for MK,but for haya. If they are going redemption route she herself will step back.If not it will be her karma and she will realise no matter what she does they will get back together and a child in question seals the deal..If MK has to choose he will choose merrub and his daughter over everything else..So, there's no question of forcible marriage to Haya..
So why he wants to give assurance of commitment too 🤣
