Hanuman ji's behaviour has many things to learn from, but "jalegi teri baap ki" wouldn't be one of them... Imo. There's a limit to everything, even FOE and creative liberties.

I know u want to increase the pages of this thread but isse zyada debate mai nahi karunga aaj 😆

Thik hai bhai, kal aa jaana 😆

And - obviously - a disappointing one...

What makes people angry is the kind of handling of the creative liberty that mythology gives. What I get out of the reaction is the feeling that the scope for imagination/interpretation/ illustration the Ramayana allows was badly used.

I can't judge the movie but I can empathize with the disappointment.

No i don't think to connect to current generation tapori language is needed definitely not when the movie is based on our mythology.Movies made on mythology should be tried to keep genuine and accurate as much as possible. Even the recent tv versions are distorted no version is accurate but still some of them became iconic because of the execution, costumes, visuals, acting/casting. Story not being accurate can be ok but the execution has to be good.dialogues has to be in language from that era.

Adipurush failed in everything. It deserves the criticism it is getting

I think there is no need to say sorry for an opinion that only shows respect for a cultural good that doesn't harm.

I fully agree that the language should at least reflect responsibility towards the spirit of the tale - even in a more modern version.

From the trailer and from what I read till date, the movie seems to lack the humanity and intelligence of the Ramayana...it seems to be - unvoluntarily - cartoonish and disgraceful.

For making a good film only good execution is needed. No need of wierd VFX, too high budget.High budget does not make a film good. But filmmakers think that way it seems
