I've been watching Ptv since probably more than 5 years ago.

Since you guys were talking about Tb, I believe how the show will be over, the hype will be gone, same like MH and every other shows that were a hit.

I've also seen and I may be wrong because I'm not always checking social media, the kind of shows that sustained and would resurface once in a while are the old shows like Humsafar...

Who would watch tb again and again after it ends, for what? The amazing script, the leads barely got good scenes together before they were separated, they were either jealous, fighting unless they get a remarkable and unforgettable ending.

Even MPTH was so hyped but afterwards who really cared about the show (?), weren't they selling tickets for the finale.

Ya. The hype will die down as soon as people get a new show to obsess over and geo will make sure they will come up with one soon🤣.

MH's craze died down as soon as TB catched up.

I am not sure but i guess there was no hala vs hamza or farhan vs hania thing going on during MH, atleast not as visibly as TB so it didn't create as much social media buzz as TB. Most of the tweets regarding TB will be meerab vs murtu, wahaj's personal equation with his wife, maya and yumna, yumhaj shipping and ott praising of yumna and wahaj. MH was mostly about shipping halza or farhania. Farhan and his team also managed the sudden attention his character got way better than wahaj and that might be because he has seen more craze over him when he was in jal. The online fangirling will never reach the level of thrill pop stars get when they are on stage singing live. They can literally see the hype right in front of their eyes and jal is considered to be one of the most successful band from South Asian if not the most.

the fight during mh was between farhania shippers and urwa fans (?) I’m not sure where they came from but farhania was convinced Hania and farhan were dating were urwa stans were holding out hope that farhan and urwa were still together

I truly agree to this. The popular shows which are just popular for the other reasons and not for good craft or script has less rewatch value , only crazy and delusional fans might go back and watch if they have not moved on to something next.

But the classic shows which are sober and mild and have cult following will always have a good rewatch value.

This cannot be true to Ramadan dramas because they are comedy rom com type dramas which one can watch anytime to lighten their mood. Like I have seen few episodes of suno chanda and chupke chupke again alot of times , while hogging food. 😆

THEY ARE POPULAR FOR THE RIGHT REASONS.

I know MH, MPTH and Now TB has seen immense stardom but it won't be for too long. I personally avoided MH because of the same storyline and torture session.

I watched MPTH to see what the hype was all about and I can say I won't waste my time rewatching it again.

They just seems snobby... idk why... they are reviewing dramas 🤔

To mint money . 🤪

They call it serious work but I don't think so they are very serious about it rather I find them roasting, mocking, giggling making fun of most of the things.

Yeah I guess only their fans believe it's long lasting success.

Both actors need to take really good projects to keep their hype. Yumna had/has it. If she was in a show, I'd usually check the trailer to see anything of substance. Now seeing, she does take projects for masses 😆

I also watch the Ramadan romcoms when I want to watch something desi but light, I switch between the romcoms that really worked for me.

But yeah, some shows that have a nice storytelling along with good actors are watched again and again. I've rewatched H, DeD, Yks like atleast thrice.
