Aren't these signs show how he is feeling soft towards her. Understanding her "love" for him by seeing her "care".

He & haya has many similarities

Like haya doesn't mind harming meerab

Honestly Murtasim being devdas looking super weak is such a turn off.

What made him desirable was his swag n stern attitude n bit of softness at times , even though he had feudal mindset but he stick to what he believed in and let go in matters of his heart.

But Now he is reduced to lost puppy , suspecting meerub to have escaped with Rohail yet madly loving her. That's like zero self respect n rational thinking. After addressing Haya as sister, wanting to marry her(as per teaser) is new low. Writer has build hype around him n ruined him in such a way that viewers r heartbroken. It is hard for viewers to gush over such hypocrite n weak man.

Nevertheless let's see what folds ahead n if teaser was just for fooling viewers.

Agar Pakistan mein kisi ki biwi ghar se bhaag jaye with no money, no phone, no passport, no ID, no possessions, and then she is not found to have shifted to her parents, at a friend's, at the daar-ul-amman, or is not found dead, 100% people will assume kisi aur mard ke saath bhaag gayee. Even if they do not know such a guy exists or has a name to latch onto. No one will even imagine that in a city like Karachi a girl with her brain cells intact will choose to roam the street and then go live with a random person. Either people will think MK killed his wife (honor killing) or she has successfully disappeared with her aashiq.

Unfortunately, in a society like Pakistan, agar koi ladki ghar se bhaage uske kirdaar pe, izzat pe defacto question aayega. Yeh baat Merub ko bhi pata hogi. Them's the optics.

And even in the most liberal of families, if a girl who disappeared for 3 years and comes back with a child to her husband, people will question the paternity - there will be a DNA test. Hell, even in the US, the husband will want a paternity test done in such a case.

But it could also be directed this way as a red herring, right? Will the leads never develop their brains or common sense in this show? It’s so hard to expect any brainwork from the leads, NM hasn’t given us a reason to, but how much worse can she write her leads? There has to be a catch.

Kumuda ji 🙏🏽 I'm not the writer(NM in 🥸) and this is not ITV serial where they show every detail of the leads doing the deed. Even in the repeated FBs nothing meaningful is shown.

I share my perspective with my limited knowledge and only to bright up the mood of ppl around me virtually or physically(maybe some manufacturing defect in me)

IMO Haya isn't the cause, she's only a trigger. Problem has always been meerab not being able to grapple with the fact that though forcibly happened she's married to a loving and caring husband. The customs of murtu's family are old styled and she has to make efforts to reform them instead she runs away whenever she's uncomfortable. Meerab can't think beyond her trauma and ideals. World isn't linear and meerab will learn that lesson now.

She can be thrown out of the house whenever khan family feels uncomfortable

But she can't leave the house if she feels uncomfortable

If I remember she left home on her own only NOW

She didn't left the home despite facing insults by her mother in law for the accident

She didn't agree to leave the house when whole family insulted her & asked her to leave

In both situations she waited for her loving & caring husband, only when he himself told her to leave, one time she left, another time loving husband himself dropped her at midnight.

It's not fault of haya hugging a married man and projecting that they r having affair

It's not fault of murtasim to let haya have her way even after her hug stunt

But it's fault of meerab to not understand her loving & caring husband

Loving & caring husband don't have any responsibility to draw boundaries with his sweet cousin who literally harmed his wife

But only meerab is problem

Why taking this incident as murtasim lacking brain

Murtasim understanding haya love for him proves he has same morals as her

It has nothing to do with brain or common sense

No person with good morals can sympathise with love of the woman who harmed his wife, who projected him as cheater infront of his wife, who was the reason behind major conflict in his married relationship.

Most importantly he called that woman behen jaisi infront of his wife

No man can think about marrying behen jaisi woman even in dreams unless he lied infront of his wife.

Only what the narration conveys is important. Right now, the narration has raised questions on M’s character. MK said he can’t carry the burden after a point. But this point, he can say ANYthing, lie even.

I’m not questioning the society, not even MB. From her POV, she’s been fed rumours and made to believe in them.

NM is hiding MK behind that line of: main nahi sambhal paunga…mu ke bal tum khud girogi, Meerab. This will be his majboori to stay silent until there’s evidence.

I know MK thinks MM are one and the same. Her character is questioned, it means his own character is being questioned. But it’s just too much liberty NM has taken in the name of her script.

MK needs to make this right. He is probably waiting for evidence to clear M’s name. To throw it at all their faces that his wife isn’t characterless.

I want to know have the makers not checked the episodes which we are seeing now? I feel that this track is supposed to be a track where viewers feel Murtasim's pain and sympathize with him. But instead he is getting bashed for his behaviour. He talks about ishq and lets people around him think that Meerab ran away with Rohail. Isn't it like when a person loves another to the extent of ishq he covers up the mistakes of the other person and not let anyone know? Like someone said he didn't even see them together but he is sure that she ran away with Rohail.

Why doesn't he think that Meerab thinks that he is having an affair with Haya after the back hug and that's why she ran away? Because she doesn't want to stay with him.
