The drama has a huge esemble cast and they finished shooting before it started airing. Billu darling already has a new show and new look so did sheheryar. It won't be possible to extend the number of episodes.

Arrey not shooting,,, editors bank scenes for upto 3/4 episodes. They need to re-edit those scenes with voice overs and some flash backs to make for extra episodes. It’s done in every TV land. PakTv had done it for Humsafar too. ITV does it when their main leads are sick since those are dailies.
