Off screen, size problems for the actresses, so the dress looks different. It must be intentional to have the colour, designs and patterns same.

If Meerab is staying with Faroukh in that case if a question arises on her kirdaar, it would be justified. I won’t mind it at all . It’s not the done thing in our Asian culture

Similarly, their simple looks were extraordinarily beautiful in that scene after bringing Marium back when Murtasim guided Meerub - Chalo Meerub' scene. Even with the sadness surrounding the scene, they looked regal there. Likewise, despite the impending doom, they look amazing here. Simple, yet breathtakingly beautiful!

And how is it possible that lyrics of any song fits with these two? I was listening to 'Zihaal-e-Miskin' (hope I spelled it correctly, and I don't even know the meaning of that part!) Vishal-Shreya version in the morning, and this is the scene that played in my mind! It felt as it was written for this scene - hope some talented people out there will make a VM with this scene and the song too 😊

I'm not going to point out meerabs flaws in this post bec we will be essentially going in circles

But for me the biggest difference is that murtasim made an effort... Genuine effort to make this marriage work.. To make meerab happy... To build a life together...

Meerab made zilch... I'm racking my brain and i can't remember a single incident which could be termed as an effort...

Yes, it is definitely a bad writing. If we see Meerab's character from the starting, I can say that the writer wrote her character in such a way where she makes mistakes and Murtasim comes and rescues and defends her. The writer's purpose was to highlight Murtasim's love for Meerab. In all this, she forgot that Meerab is also a main lead and her point of view is also needed for the story.

I see different reviews and read posts, tweets and comments to get a better idea about the characters. I got few points by doing so. When the slap happened, the writer's focus was on how Murtasim got provoked to slap Meerab and how he regretted the slap. It was not about how Meerab felt after getting slapped. In the village track, it was very wrong of MB and Murtasim to allow/take Haya to village and there we could've gotten Meerab's confrontation with both MB and Murtasim on this issue but the writer conveniently turned the focus to fake pregnancy. Meerab's character could have gotten highlighted if she confronted both MB and Murtasim but it didn't happen but instead we got Murtasim getting highlighted for taking Meerab's side during the contract papers reveal.

I agree with you that she is a real character. I understand her character why she is not forgiving and forgetting what happened to her. I wish they had given monologues to Meerab and had shown her struggle between her heart and mind.

No she wrote them as single char.they are one.It’s always how one’s action impacts other one and indirectly them.

You have to watch this show from both their POV. One has to connect with both of them , we can’t say she is wrong or he is right all time , no maintaining score boards , it’s not competition. NM tried very diff subject but also included so many sub plots that actual one got diluted.

The show is their journey - for successful marriage you have to let go of everything! It’s a hard work where love alone isn’t enuf .

The separation will teach MK that love is not enuf , he has to accept her for who she is is.

Mee - she will learn that she first has to accept someone as own to build solid relationship. And she needs to put in her efforts also . Only one can’t run show .

I find these kirdaar questions extremely tacky and i hope they don't go that route...

But i do wish that she is a working woman and independent one... I don't want them to show her to be mooching off a stranger without a proper plan to raise her daughter

... She keeps saying "meri marzi" to everything then show her marzi to be something strong, powerful and independent...
