But Meerab just heard what he said, she didn't really listen to him. I am not sure why she even cried with him that night as clearly his words meant absolutely nothing to her.

It's sad that the emotions in that scene have no meaning, they have been rendered completely useless.

Meerab just learnt that she is going to be a mother but she has no reaction/emotions for such a momentous event in her life. It's like, ok fine, if I must have this child then I shall have it. Her trauma is not significant enough to justify such lack of acknowledgment of the pregnancy.

And she doesn't think of Murtasim even once after finding out!

Its not like he was a monster husband with no redeeming quality that calls for Meerab's complete indifferent to him.

I find it baffling that someone wrote such a story. And together they executed it. It's disturbing.

NM wanted to show her heroine like that, show her growth like Banupriya char but couldn’t .

You can see parallels between MK and Venkatesh too , they fall in love with girls knowing there temperament and are patient too , just that MK has his own flaws !

Can we blame a 21/22 year old who went thru one trauma after another to be in position to make sane decision?

We all forget the circumstances of marriage, she was forced and she hasn’t accepted it yet and even before she can there has been accident , naila ,fake pregnancy,mariyam , rohail and haya - she never got time to process her , him and them .
The kid will be her teacher, who will teach her life is not easy and we can’t take things for granted.
NM wanted OTT drama so she added MR and pregnancy tracks ! 👿

Why did that stupid nooran called his a love story when its a one sided love story from murtasim's side. Nooran sold his show saying love story gave us some good chemistry good moments. Thats all. Rest I want to ask what is the genre the drama.

They all still think she ran away with Rohail. I think all these things are building up towards leap...

Mostly it will be through Saba they will know she isn't with Rohail... Probably Saba will comeback and goes to meet Meerab in Khan house, but when she learns she is missing and everyone thinks she ranawat with Rohail, probably that's how we will learn that saba and rohail were married two years back and moved to UK and have no idea about Meerub's whereabouts...

Makers need to clarify it somehow that meerub didn't ditch him for Rohail and rohail is out of the equation..They all would then start thinking in the direction of possibility of her death and that's where we saw that anwar's breakdown BTS...

Saba may accidentally bump into meerab in hospital and she sees her with meesam and despite meerab's plea she decides against and goes to Khan house to inform him about meerab only to find the arrangements for wedding ceremony.. Haya all decked up and murtu getting ready and finds saba leaving haveli and chases her and stops her.. That's how he will find about meerab and meesam i think..
