I wish they had maintained the consistency of first 20 episodes.. This reasoning makes sense keeping in mind that she was forced to marry murtasim whom she hated all along. She was denied of her dream, though murtasum later on permitted her to live her dream. I don't think that's how she wanted to fulfill her dream .. She lost the freedom to choose things on her own.. She would get to fulfill her dream only because Murtasim "permits" her not because of her own choice..

Khan haveli and it's patriarchy can make anybody suffocated.. At every step of her life she saw their rules and hated their house and literally called it as a jail...

Murtasim fell in love with her. Yes. But, did he lose anything to get married to her? No he didn't. But she lost everything she wished ,the dream of living her life by her own choice ..

She is a complete chaos right now. Subconsciously she knows she has fallen in love with this man, but,if she accepts it she will have to accept everything associated with him that she doesn't agree...

Though, this idea and pov is understandable, NM failed to portray this properly in Meerab's pov ..

It's sad to see that people aren't able to understand why can't she accept murtasim.. The biased script always alleviated Murtasim by butchering and even denied to provide meerub's POV to the extent that none feel bad for meerub...

He is here, she knows she is pregnant and still hiding. I can't understand this stupidity.
