Murtasim definitely had this in him. May be writers didn't think much abt it. But he was in college atleast. Then he came to run this dynasty whatever they call it. And he forgot his previous life. Like past ko bhool jao present me jiyo type.

On the valima night when he said... Respect dogi yoh respect milegi.. pyaar dogi toh pyaar milega... That was for him too. He accepted meerab as his wife so he allowed his inner self to come out. Then from next mng we can see all flirty dialogues, biwi ko patane Wale dialogues. Wo meri izzat hain. Meri biwi hain.

He definitely didn't have any experience in flirting department or dating department so all these cheeeeeesy lines.
