I think the reason it feels a little disjointed is thanks to makers ka need to sail in two boats and duplicate everything between Abhi and Nav.....so the fact that Muskaan is now suddenly BOTH Nav and Abhi ki sister even though she technically isn't blood related to either of them and even chemistry-wise, the actress doesn't really have that kind of a natural warmth to give very sisterly vibes. The makers have really struggled in this generation to establish that kind of warmth in the bro-sis relationships probably cuz they have been jumping abruptly between tracks and done poor casting like Anisha too.

I think at that point he knew very well that if he broke the engagement then it will create a big issue. His only concern at that point was Abhir and his health. He knew what KM would do if he broke off the engagement.

Also he kind of took the opportunity and tried to run away when he spoke about the DV he subjected AK too. At that point AR stopped him. AR went ahead with the engagement. And we did all say that if now AB breaks it it’s all AR doing. She went after him.

Ab feeling towards that engagement was same then and now. He is only doing it for Ru. And for him it’s one step at a time. He fixed Ru and Abhir issue. Now next is to get his son. The engagement issue was next in line.

I must say, it will never stop being amusing that when characters were turned upside down for the leap to insert Abhinav into Akshara's life, then no one found it "forced"😆......but now narratives being stretched to add Abhimanyu into Kairav's wedding preps is apparently too forced to be believable? 😆

Akshara was put on a zombie bus ride to Pathankot to justify her bumping into random guy in the bus who then pretty much kept popping up everywhere she went and randomly declared himself her husband to save her from the police also.....all that wasn't forced? 😆

But Abhi showing up in Kasauli to spend time with his kid and being willing to stay in Sharma house with Akshara and her new husband is apparently the most unbelievable plot point ever? Oh sureeee😆

If Nav does something to help, oh he's just being a good samaritan....if Abhi does something to help, oh no he's a monster who is trying to lure his ex wife away from her current husband🤪😆

If people actually want to talk forced, nothing has been more forced in this story than Akshara being shown coddling Nav ki insecurities 24/7 by needing to push him to function as Abhir's father😆

A woman needing REMINDERS to "move forward" with her current husband is what people think looks "natural"? 😆

The most forced thing in the last 6 months has been Akshara's determination to hold on to her blind anger against Abhi😆.....to force that in, the makers have crossed the line into cringe manyyyy times.

Abhi and Manjiri being part of Kairav's wedding in Kasauli is quite mild compared to all that😆
