I mean I won't blame her tho. Cause satya is a friend and like she said, he was there for her when she needed some emotional support before marriage. So I guess she is with him as a friend who is repaying the help down to her.

Also society will say that she left him when he needed her the most with her lover. Shes going to be character assassinated for leaving satya. So I don't blame her for waiting till he is better (even if that won't happen according to doctors and satya).
