Jhok Sarkar reminds me of an FF I read many many years ago about a cop who goes to a village and has to marry a girl who has been “wronged”. Can’t find the FF but so so beautifully written. The girl was so spunky and the guy doesn’t know how to handle her while being quite a cop in the town. Slowly how they together change the town.
