TBH it seems like they have more of a vendetta towards Sai fans or in general fans that disliked their Virat-Pakhi storylines. Otherwise, why would one degrade their own FL character this much. If there's one thing on ITV you can usually count on is the FL is always right/morally better/is the better half of the couple. While Sai still is the better half - its rare that you see FL going back on her own values. These type of second marriages have happened a lot in ITV, with the FL and 1st ML reuniting anyway, so the plot itself is not original, but it is so rare that the FL PURPOSEFULLY married the 2nd lead to AVOID the ML JUST to go back to the ML anyway. THAT is not how the storyline usually unfolds and IMO that's why this is leaving such a bad taste in everyones mouth. Plus most ML haven't been this toxic in a long time, if ever to my recollection, especially not for such a popular show. Even broody aggressive Arnav wasn't this bad. Leaves me just feeling super icky about this show tbh and their portrayal of women.
