The conversation with Anwar take place first, and this was an honest mistake by Murtasim because he wanted to calm down an anxious Anwar and he blurted it out in frustration. Murtasim did not see Haya sneak up on him. Anwar and Haya are shocked to hear this, Murtasim has never mentioned Rohail to anyone before.

Haya reported Rohail to MB

MB later confronts Murtasim about Rohail. She interrogates him about Rohail about how he knew all this time and didn't fire his gun, now why would she taunt him if he was the one who informed her. And if she knew about Rohail from Murtasim why didn't Anwar and Haya know as well.
