That you’re right. Till the time the woman doesn’t fix the man, they’re hopeless but Ram jitna hopeless is an extreme.

In the first episode I remember Ram’s mom saying that she wants him to humble himself and not forget his roots. I guess that’s what the story is going to be.

What's Kriti's deal..like seriously?? 🤪Ram is clearly more emotionally invested, even if he may be under an illusion that what he feels is love is only attraction. Seriously zero girlfriend vibes from her!

After last night's episode, it's clear Ram-Priya wedding will be an arrangement/compromise. Both mom's are already starry eyed at the prospect of RaYa wedding - for entirely different reasons of course!

I'm thinking RaYa will do a contract marriage - with the plan that Kriti and Ram will get together once her contract is up. But, of course, RaYa will fall in love with each other, so when the contract is up Ram would have fallen out of "love" with Kriti and choose to stay married to Priya.

Bam! Vedu 2.0 is now ready to launch. If Alekha-Yuvraj wedding gets called off, then we have a Neeraj 2.0 ready as well. 🤣

RaYa will spend about 40 episodes fighting these guys...and we'll be served lollipops along the way!!

Contract marriage route was already shown in a tamil movie years back. Leads get married in a contract marriage which no one else apart from them will know & the FIL starts imaging a baby too (a full song on this idea was shown). The ML will eventually fall in love with FL but kuch issues ke vajah se they get separated. Then FL is pregnant, uski godh barayi mein ML will come, daggers thrown between ML & FL via eyes. Finally ML saves fully pregnant FL from the villain & all are a happy family in the end 🤣🤣

Gosh summarising that movie itself gives me a eww feeling. I don’t know how i watched it 🙈🙈

Contract marriage has been used in B'wood too - the one that comes to mind is the Kajol-Anil Kapoor movie (can't recollect the name). Reading your synopsis makes me think the movie I'm thinking of is the remake of the tamil one 🤣

Seriously..how far behind are these guys gonna go for ideas!! Humse pooch lo..if we all pool in, we could write a better story for RaYa 🤣

Alekha is so far pretty level headed and sensible..seriously hope she's not ruined. But clearly the stage is set for the negatives..handful of potentials already 😆

Ram not telling his mom about Kriti is just so weird. Didn't his mom assure him that even if the girl's not to her liking she'll accept her? Why not just lay the bare facts in front of her? It's never that simple in maiyya land
