It might be a combination of the two. Right now, they are showing him being against gehra pyar blah blah - but if he agrees in Kairav-Muskaan's case, then they may show him start to notice Abhira ka pyar too and try to back off cuz of that....otherwise there is no point to all these forced parallels of Kaikan with Abhira. It is being used to show Abhinav ka thought process on intense love that first he is rejecting it but then he will apparently accept it....lol

He may try to back off, Akshara may still try to cling on to him for Abhir's sake and somewhere in that process, he may have an accident and die/disappear.

Akshara didn't even counter him to say ki nahin, humare rishte mein bhi pyar hai blah blah....she just wants to continue this passive existence with him. That would be all well and good if this wasn't an ITV show that does need some active journeys to run a story😆

The story has to turn back to those people who have scope to love each other and have a son together as well.

n the biggest irony is Akshara has no issues with NSAA dissing her brother…when abhimsnyu argued with kairav her intense love was demonstrated by her holding Abhimanyu’s collar 🤷‍♀️
