I saw the spoilers on Twitter and I agree.

SPOILER ALERT

They never developed an angle with the second lead so she couldnt suddenly go with him in the last 5 mins of the show.

Also she literally found out the guy she trusted all her life was a jerk. It is not that easy to move into another relationship after that. She found her calling and I think its absolutely cool to stay alone. No one needs to be in a relationship to be happy and who would know that better than Dr Cha.

What happened to Seungi though? Did she come to her senses?

Kinda kinda. When Cha's liver condition relapsed she admitted that she had a part in making Cha's life stressful.
