Bilal consistently posts pic with his female co-stars to promote his dramas for years now and KA is the only one where he didn't do that.
I guess he didn't do much promotion of KA in general. Not just his pairing with sajal.

In pks he had a chomu look and he gained weight so he and yumna looked fine but if he is in his dobara/kuch ankahi look he definitely will look younger than her and he is younger than her.
Except Iqra and sajal almost all his co-stars look older than him🤣. He is a complan boy 🤣. Even with the thick beard and being 3 yrs older than duree he looks younger than her.
Haven't seen Dure much but saw a pic in this thread a few pages before and she did look okay to me.
