If AK is adopted & MD is his biological mother it means she never interfered in his life or in his family but kept tabs on him unlike Maya . this is the best way possible for them to show the parallel like how MD might have kept tab on Anuj bt never interfered in his life as he was already happy with the adopted family

The past is

years ago,in the month of october as usual babuji who was fed up of day today dramas said chakkar khakke Ata hu but hours passed but babuji didn't come so mawali Julie went in search of him ,and then at that unfatefullday

She saw babuji and MD in samebed but she didn't faint ,instead she closed the door and said mard ki Saab chaltha hai par abh leela apni leela dikayegi and even baa had an Ema with a random person and conceived vanraj. Later MD realized babujis true colours and left him and had a uddan ,the product of that day was a Puppy who became a patthar in besht maa's besht uddan ,so maa handed the puppy to maya to take care off .🤣

Omg I would die of happiness if Dukhmukh is revealed to be the biological father of Anuj.
