When she was telling all this to she was looking at Ab and AA. The sentence of compromise and complete, so let's conclude it is a lie. The echoed dialog shows her trust on Nav decreasing. Because of his insecurities she can't even trust him in the matters of Abhir. With nav's yesterday speech it started to coming down in full speed.
