No I just looked closely and its not the same MS. The old Sai is wearing a design with locket with 2 rounds attached together while current Sai is wearing a locket with single round. It's different.
On a serious note, Sai answered her inhibitions in the day before previous episode where she is scared what if the history repeats....then she wont be able to handle it. Will get totally broken. Hence wants to carry on the facade of marriage with Satya. Before Saiya marriage problem wasnt V ki past mistakes or Vinu ki happy family, issue was her fear to suffer again.
