KA is pre produced so that don't work here.

Maybe Ahmed sir did write those Aaliya asfar scenes but without any romantic inclination but the director decided to make it look romantic and asked sajal to behave weirdly😆. Just saw sajal's story. She only shared saaliya scene on her story.
