But, i don't think she will know about meerab's pregnancy. It will be only revealed to her at the time of meesam's arrival in haveli.. If they are taking it towards haya-murtu marriage, and him leaving haya at the Altar, Maa begum will make sure meerab never comes back.She will accept her back only after knowing about her granddaughter. M sure there will be a high voltage drama during this track🤣

MB might definitely ask her how she will prove it’s MK especially since she has been away so long !
