I didn’t think he was that nice to her. Yeah he should have gone ballistic with her but will that even work? I preferred the in control way he defended Meerab. He also seems to be figuring her out, that she’s after the power more than him (of course that understanding could go out the window in upcoming episodes). To be honest though I’m done with Haya, I would rather him concentrate on getting Meerab back. I don’t want him to have any conversations with Haya but if he does, I want him to keep the focus on Meerab and not Haya. She gets a weird high even when he tells her off.
@Bold: whether it works on her or not, I prefer him being firm with Haya.
I liked that he defended Meerab in front of Haya and did not sit and listen to Haya. He is a person who is one of the heads of Panchayat and if he is still figuring out Haya's intentions then I don't know what to say. I feel that she has weird obsession with Murtasim and also she wants the power. She wants both Murtasim and power. I want him to ignore Haya and warn her to never enter his room. She gets a weird high even when he tells her off because he rarely tell her off and in that also he is not consistent when telling her off. In yesterday's episode, what is the need for him to tell that the ring will be hers if he loses the last hope of finding Meerab? If I am not wrong it is the khandani ring which will be passed on to the daughter-in-law of the family. Why does he want to give it to Haya if he loses the last hope of finding Meerab? He should have said that I will give this ring to Maa Begum myself if I lose the last hope of finding Meerab. This is the problem with Murtasim. He does not tell Haya off firmly.
