I think once meerab finds out she is pregnant, she may try to reach out murtasim, but haya being behaya may inform about waqas death and how everyone feel she is responsible for his death. Meerab herself may feel guilty about it and decides not to return ever again as a punishment for herself.
I don't know whether it makes any sense😆.
