In Udaariyan only Jasmin realised her dream of going to Canada. Fatejo the supposed leads went swaha and died. Jasmin roaming free having babies.

Nope, they're gonna run away to Canada, without telling anyone. He's stringing JAsmine along that, and would've eloped, but not divorced Tejo. Fateh was having an affair but he never truly thought about leaving Tejo. Even during peak affair period he's extremely possessive about her. Dude had very few brain cells, but marrying jasmine, telling family wasn't on the cards. Even later jasfa 'wedding' ceremony happened because once Tejo found out, she and JAsmine practically forced Fattu into jasfa marriage, albeit for different reasons.

I don't think we can compare this gen with the previous one.

They've tried to model Harleen after Tejo, but she's one and can't be replaced.

Jasmine was utterly selfish who thought of nobody but herself, and Nehmat isnt that, at all.

Fattu had single braincell and a manchild attitude who's completely useless if not for Tejo's help. Ekam isn't that.

That's why the situation is entirely different, and can't be compared to this generation.

@bold what they're gonna do, how they're gonna do it, was essential to their story, it's a major part of their characterization and storyline, and that's why I pointed that out. He's gonna keep her a mistress only. Even if we're just looking at the end result, he'd have never actually moved on with Jasmine. He'd have come back. If we look at the endgame, everyone knew at all times, FaTejo were endgame. But the way chosen was quite twisted. So I guess what happens in between, matters.

Although it's kind of pointless in this gen story because they've essentially twisted the story to fit some characters. OG Udaariyaan, till airport had a very solid script, because they'd that story in mind, after that they started to make shit up on the spot. This time there's no such thing. They're making things up as they go, aadha naya aadha purana maal. One can barely compare.

Aaj nehmat ne dialogue toh achhe bole jasmin ko but uske words uske action se bilkul opposite hai. She said 'koi apke sath bura kare toh usko muhtod jawab dete hai' but nehmat ne kab dia kisiko muhtod jawab? Aaj b she didn't tell anyone about jasmin's attack. Then she said 'insab me Harleen ka bhala nai barbadi hai' but she wants ekam to live with harleen. Nehmat is most self-contradicting character

I wonder how you always overlook the real villain who is playing them all and who has put them in such shit. Plus you might like ODing on Isha, not me. lol. Isha in a good avatar or bad is far too much Isha for me!

Plus I wonder why you want Ekleen. He never loved her. It was always one-sided. Basically Jasmine has screwed up 3 lives and Harleen kept goading her on by making all those sad faces and all while she only arranged Nehkaam s wedding that didn;t happen. Arrey if you have made a decision to sacrifice (not the correct word because he was never hers in the first place) your one-sided love, do it whole-heartedly na? Why make all those sad faces. That's why they are all in this shit.

Nehmat of course is a fool to get so scared of Jasmine.

Anyway all in all an utter mess, everything, everyone plus the storyline.

Blue is right, they are writing the script on the go.

They themselves don't know where they are taking the story.

The guy playing Ekaam has been doing some fab acting. Wow! The ONLY good thing so far
