10:17 PM: There are quite a few puddles on the field alright. It's going to take a while for them to dry up given that the safety of the players is of utmost importance. Let's hope that the rain doesn't return and the ground dries up quickly enough to get us going. The practice wicket looks a mess though and the ground staff are getting the sponge out to dry it quicker. There will be an inspection next at 10:45 PM IST!
