I have seen bashar momin on fast forward mode 2-3 yrs ago and it's a disgusting drama. He rapes her multiple times, treats her like dirt and even gives her some medicine to abort their child but she still stands by him and protects him when he gets into some trouble🤢. It shows women should bare everything and the monster of a man will change 🤪.

When i was in TB thread i thought it will be like asa thread but a lot of people started to take the show way too seriously when it's story is not even as good as aik sitam aur. We can roast sufi creepy and Naima naagin all we want but they did had a proper villain origin story. In TB there are villains for the sake of villains. Total cartoonish villains whose sole purpose is to be a villain 😆

I don't know why but I have seen these kind of trends in ITV too. I remember one ekta's drama on Sony tv. The guy MR his wife and she asks for divorce, she was pregnant but I guess her family didn't let her. In the end the guy repented.

That story had some elements.

But the back story was very strong.

Not like this.

I think in Gul e Rana, MR was there?

I am not sure but sajal's character had accused her husband of doing it when she was sleeping or was given drugs or something. May be i am wrong.

The female lead is a complete doormat.

He rapes her multiple times and she still falls for him. Something is wrong with writers these days.

Don't the actors feel disgust while reading such scripts.

And this drama was a huge hit 🤢

Even in Yaariyan ( another hit drama which had Ayeza ,Muneeb, Momal and Junaid as leads ). In that too, Muneeb's character r**** momal's character ( his wife ) in drunk state . And she becomes pregnant later, he blames her to have extra marital affair with Junaid's character and does not accept his child because he does not remember apparently what he did to her 🤢and she later forgives him and they live happily ever after 🤢

It's slow and maya's character at the start comes off as too much of a brat but it has the old school pak drama vibes and the background score is great. It's about clash of different ideologies and there is no villains or vamps like kuch ankahi but not as light hearted as KA.

KA is class apart.

I would definitely try Yunhi. Hum dramas are usually good.

Ekta's most of the male leads have been two timers ,cheaters but later being forgiven by their doormat wives 🤢 to show them how mahan they are 🤢

In Gul e rana, he almost goes to r*** his friend in the same house where his wife lives and his wife stops him. Though, Gul e rana ,does not go back to him in the end but they did show her turning soft towards him later
