Ashish had 95 episodes fully focused on him toh kaunsa TRP .9 pe chala gaya? The new entry happened 3 months after the show started and due to falling TRP before that it was Ashish only right so what difference did it make? It’s a genuine question not making snide remarks? Harsh’s entry week the TRP went up only to come down because they went back to same old dosti of Ashish and Maitree and Nandu accusations which the audience has already seen for everrrr. The pure dosti track between a man and women was going very good in my opinion until Nandu returned and since they it hasn’t been a single episode where they havent brought illegitimate relationships between Ashish- Maitree fiasco. That ruined everything because now I can’t see past that.. there is only so much one can stretch a track and this has gone too far. Harsh’s entry was barely 15 episodes with no logical progression and the romantic scenes don’t hold value either if the writers don’t make it explicit that he is Maitree’s love interest. They still kept Ashish in the frame and that added to the confusion of the audience until that one episode where he tells Nandu that Maitree is his friend that’s it till then I was thinking too that he needs to stop running after Maitree and focus on his wife. Again not here to argue about who’s bringing TRP and who’s not just pointing out the obvious because prior to Harsh’s entry the show wasn’t doing any better. It would have done much better if they had taken Nandu out of the picture completely and focused on Ashish- Maitree relationship as a couple. Alas that didn’t happen so the friendship track is back at it. As for the dip to .3? Yes makers deserve it because if they are focusing on Maitree moving on in life BUT they should also have focused on Ashish rebuilding his relationship with Nandini instead of giving Nandini footage of further scheming. Ashish’s character has no true trajectory now unless he mends his relationship with Nandu and continues to be happy or he leaves her and moves on with another girl in his life. His and Maitree’s true friendship track is not going to fetch anymore TRP than Harsh. Btw, If Ashish had interest in his wife the makers would have added romantic scenes for him also I’m sure that would have brought .9 TRP 🤣.. still not too late!

Yep yep this is exactly what’s going to happen and that is going to be the last nail in the coffin for this show. Parents, brother, husband sab jaye bhad mein I will live my life for people who have screwed me over and over again!.. if we open her birth certificate I’m sure her middle name is Mahaan because Maitree has taken her first name and middle name way too seriously but only for Ashish and Nandu and now Sona Tai is added to her BEST maitree list 🤣. She runs out to her again on the day of her wedding just to inform her that she’s getting married to her Sautan’s son.. keep the newly weds room ready and Sona Tai’s too. I’m bringing my husband and yours too 😂.

P.s. The above is a joke for the character Maitree.. Shrenu is still 10/10 for performing this character to the T no matter how silly it seems sometimes .. big claps for my girl

Honestly speaking ashish doesnt have any part to play other than trying to mend his relationship with nandu. Instead of comparing maitree with nandu every single time,he should take his wife on a long vacation along with nandish so that we could witness some maihar moments.

Maitree and harsh can try to solve the problems in the house..They can do many events together. Sona tai is definitely not going to accept kamna and its better that madan can divorce sona since his marriage with kamna is illegal.. Drama ke liye bohot kuch content hein..We also need to see why harsh doesnt like his dad.. Maitree can try to bridge the gap between father and son.

Better they drop the friendship angle and concentrate on building up the relation of ashish-nandu,maitree -harsh..

Maybe if maitree had gone there Sona tai wud hv calmed down and wud not hv created a huge hungama like she is going to create now. Sona tai can be manipulated easily as she doesn't hv control over her emotions.

But still cant figure out why maitree was restless and wanted to inform sona tai..

Another point here to add- ther was no need for Maitree to call off this wedding immediately after she came to know Harsh’s identity assuming he lied..humiliating him n his family in the process..wat ever Ashish tells her is not the ultimate truth and she should understand others also can have their side.. this s wat s going to create a rift between Harsh n Maitree post wedding..she should hv given chance to Harsh to explain his side of the story.. wats the point in getting married if u don’t trust ur partner enough to even give him a chance to explain?? Harsh has to prove himself n his truthfulness all the time like this??

@coolbeans 🤣🤣🤣. I think you have become totally frustrated with the show and cant tolerate the pure friendship of ashish- maitree.. I think i still hv little patience left and if maitree ki mahaanta friendship continues with ashish and she starts to ignore harsh then boss iam going to really get irritated..

Prads my dear— you are my soul sister and I have now an instant appreciation for you because you are the only one who understands where I am coming from. I’m not taking a dig at one particular character. my whole problem is flawed writing, lame plots and stubborn writers who keep going to back to the same $hit that never worked in the first place. You pointed a very valid topic about Maitree taking everything that Ashish said at face value and calling off the wedding that too with such an attitude and disrespect. Besides didn’t Ashish left to inform Maitree at night or right after the mehandi when Nandu informed him? So why did he walk right in the middle of the event and asking her to come aside so he can talk about “this very urgent matter”? He should have talked to her about it as soon as he found out? But before that he should informed her aunt too but he chose not to. Aisi bhi kya dosti bhai that parents, aunt, wife no one is important but your lady friend is? And Maitree? What’s wrong with her? Focus on your damn life girl and let Ashish live peacefully with his wife.. she should put her foot down and tell Ashish that come to me only after you have resolved the misunderstanding with your wife but no she continues her pavitra dosti ka jaap. she is also no less at gaslighting Nandu just like Ashish does who puts Maitree over her all the freaking time then expects Nandu to be the old Nandu. For a change Ashish why don’t you be the old Ashish who loved your wife madly? I have not seen that spark in him even once since Nandu came back from coma. It feels like Ashish went in coma came back and the only thing he remembers is Maitree. Then people complain Nandu is a witch, she’s evil. Arey bhai what would you do if your man or wife did that to you? Would you take their arti? Or do what Nandu is doing? I have no problems with a plot that is based on friendship and honesty one of the reasons (besides Shrenu and Namish) that attracted me to this show was its fresh concept of friendship. But it quickly went down the toilet for me when I realized that Maitree’s character is just a stereotypical mahaanta ki murti who will put her life on hold to care for a child who has a father, grandfather and two grandmothers who could have easily been the primary provider of love and Maitree could have been the motherly figure but nope she takes over completely claiming that no one could take care of the child besides her. That’s where it started going downhill for me and so many others. Don’t want to rant about it because I can write a whole novel about it. But going back to your post above. It will be Ashish vs Harsh for Maitree and we all know who she’s going to pick so yes Harsh will be Nandu 2.0. Honestly I feel Harsh was just a bait to get Maitree and Ashish in the same house. The writers were never serious about that pairing even though it hit the right cord amongst the audience. Let the writers do their $hit show— the audience will show them who’s the real BOSS here 😂
