If two consent adults say they are married and have witness( friends, family or others) to say they are married then it’s a valid marriage. So during the Pooja NeelaAmma was witness and Akshara and Nav keep on repeating they are pati patni so they are in a legal marriage.

Unless Abhi does not have the divorce decree. If he never filed for divorce then NavShu’s marriage is not valid.

OR Nav dies then Ak is widowed and turns single.

I agree....this isn't going to be lopsided....Abhir will express his hurt on all fronts but he will also be shown open to hearing their explanations I think....and ultimately whatever understanding he forms will play some part in him trying to get everyone to be cordial with each other if nothing else.

But how long that will take, who knows😆. For now, it's nice to see the original family getting some time together beyond Abhinav always being forced in.

I don't know why everyone is presuming that Abhi will lay all blame on Akshara....lol he has repeated many times that galti sabki thi so he will find a way to explain to Abhir how circumstances were just terrible that day.....it is Akshara that I'm curious to know how much she will be willing to paint Abhi a villain in his son's eyes....this is her real test now for how deep the grudges and resentment run inside her or the anger is all just a facade to push Abhi away....lol

If ak had to paint abhi has villain then she could have done that till now. She didn't so yes she don't want her child to know what happened that.

True if she wanted that abhir should hate abhi or something like that then she may have done at start too but her heart never want to feel hatred for someone or that her child should hate someone she never told bad things or mistakes of someone to third person

very true Ash, I think they are trying to give a few Abhira centric episodes expecting TRP to raise but with AK wanting to remain Mrs Sharma and Abroghi not breaking how do they expect to gain lost ground. They have left SR open ended too, so can easily change the narrative.

We need at least one of the 2 ships to sink. To me (1) should be the immediate one and a much harder one because of the silly promise. Cant believe AB was shown telling Ruhi not to trouble matashree, there was absolutely no need to include that dialogue. He could have just said be a good girl. Not going to blame KM because AB proceeding with custody battle was doing exactly that.

If within the next week to 10 days we dont get a clear indication of which ship is likely to sail, then might as well accept Abhira will remain just a beautiful memory and bring forward our exit date to mid june.
