Too be very honest ..I personally think even in this fiasco he and the production has thrown yumna under the bus and that's why I don't appreciate him anymore.If it's a story stick by it.Its okay ppl will always be stupid and can't differentiate real and reel.....But whatever the story stick to it..

If it's not MR stick by it/if it is don't change it..issue an apology later

A character is just a character and it can take a worse turn under pressure and still be salvaged.

Murtasim being a rapist is not a take on wahaj or yumna thought process or upbringing.

everyone is accountable and I think the damage was done by the editor as MR was not part of the screen it probably wanted to be directed like that only to be revealed later!

sure ! The narrative of the book and drama was almost on the same line. In the book it was mentioned ashar moves khirad and hareem to an apt but in drama he moves them back in his house. The daughter plays catalyst in bringing them together. In the book there are a lot of scenarios but drama is fast paced. In the book ashar pleads for forgiveness in drama we don’t see him plead. In the book she moves back with him but doesn’t really forgive. In the book I thought the same - it’s shown like she wants to move on but she knows she will take time. Ashar says he will bring smile back on her face. She doesn’t really forgive and then goes la la la la la. It’s indicated that she is ready to forgive. But she was living with him already so yeah she stays with him. There was a conversation where he says apna lo mujhe and she says main thak gayi hun akele bhaag bhaag kar. And breaks down and he holds her
