He was a red flag since beginning. There are many scenes to prove it.

Sai was rebound to not only virat but also for vinu

Virat was a red flag from the word go..From the day he took pheras with her, where he got offended when Sai said she would leave him, after he himself made claims on how he would never love her..

Being in love with his Bhabhi while he married an 18 yr old telling her to have no expectations from him as a husband was red flag.
