I don't think so if it was not Mr, if so why such strong reactions by meerub and murtasim also why will she will the leave the house then if it was not Mr , now she is doing so as it was already shot like that and they r just covering it up by illogical explanation.

Now when I watched the episode, Wahaj just didn't seem to be in it. I mean, for the first time, it felt like he wasn't 100% giving it his all. He looked awkward, and his acting just seemed off.
Maybe it is the awkwardness of playing a character that sexually assaults his wife - but he definitely was not into his scenes.

Yumna was brilliant. If I was not so mad at the shoddy ass voiceovers and the stupid love story they fed us so far, this was a winning performance of someone who has just been assaulted. She nailed the helplessness, the pure indignation and self a character would feel when something like this happens to you. I watched the scene again just for the acting and I literally felt for Meerub.

I just hope they choose a better script next time which values their talent and their hardword instead of totally manhandling their characters like this, which took away from people watching and appreciating their performance.

The more I think about it, the more it makes sense for this to appear as MR. We would think the ost makes sense and this is what he was foreshadowing all along. Then we would be relieved that I hear that it was consensual all alongand then we would be rooting for them to get back together. I feel like originally they both did it in the heat of the moment with both Meerab and Murtasim blaming Murtasim. I don’t know how they couldn’t realize how triggering that would be. I think it would have logically made more sense but very insensitive.

It baffles me to no end because I while not being a writer can still think about a dozen ways that this show could have gone as at multiple points in the show. Chalo, even after the lame Rohail track and Haya's incessant and laanat bhari existence, it makes sense on a level because you need catalysts to take the story forward, no matter how poorly they have been written. This goes to show the fact or at least indicate that they were was in all likelihood an MR included and they probably had planned to dilute that somehow later on because "mohabbat mein har zulm maaf hain" and all that twisted and crappy logic Noorain conjures up in her head. This writing team and whoever is responsible, I can bet that an MR within marriage wasn't a big no-no for them. But given the amount of and the kind of backlash and protest and criticism they faced, they had to do whatever they could to save Murtasim's character. And as poor as today's episode was, that's the best they could have done in an damage control situation. Pinning it all on Meerub was the safest choice because as long as a woman's consent is involved and she is the initiator, it is all good. That's the reason they specifically made Murtasim say, "mujhe toh khud ko rokna chahiye tha agar Meerub nahi ruki", something along those lines of voiceover. Over explanation deni hi thi Murtasim ko warna the audience would have still stayed confused. Abhi there's no confusion, only disappointment lol.

I have just noticed one thing murtasim was wearing his shoes while he went to the bathroom when did he have the chance of putting his shoes on after he had a angry sex 🤪 weird very weird 😆

Same I will watch them cherish them meerasim and I will always love their chemistry and scenes but I will never forgive nooran.

Khan Murtasim Khan is very conscious of his fashion and style. He even changed into a black kurta to mirror his mind to go stand on a cliff with Bakhtu, whereas the actually broken Meerub sat on the floor and left the house without shoes.
