Most people started show as Sairat fans and would have been whole heartedly accepted them if they gave Virat even bit of remorse and redemption and efforts in winning Sai back.

But we not just get ww but he is back accusing Sai! How ridiculous is that!

I always thought since they turned him out n out rude and angry and got new ML they dont want to show Sai back to her abuser but oh Boy! They even ruined that.

I wont even call business it is extremely cheap creativity and mindset of getting back at viewers. Why would they not wind up in a sensible way? Even now its all over the place. They kept giving Virakhi when people wanted Sairat now give Sairat when its nothing but cringe and both doesn’t make sense story wise.

They kept personal interests above story and used audience’s love ptience and support for Sairat or Sai to serve what they ’wanted’ thats it.

Since the Shruti track they have stopped Sai even seeing abuse as abuse..She was conditioned to take it as anger from the man who loves her the most .

The worst it despite being brought by a man like her Aaba who gave her wings to fly, she ended up being conditioned to s in the abuse that comes from Virat as love...But again if you see it one way, it's reality .

Women do lose themselves in marriage love even educated women..

Satyamev Jayate had a doctor speaking about how she endured abuse in her family for giving birth to daughters and she was helpless cause she was in a marriage, and also a mother.

For me, personally, Sai was still a victim, though irritating sometimes, till she came back post-Shruti track. That was the end, because till before her actions were weird and felt wrong but nothing too wrong that I can't put it to just being tracks that need the story to move forward, but later onwards her actions started becoming over the top.

I agree that in order for SaiRat to be shown as the endgame Sai had to return to Virat, but while in the previous tracks, she still used to show some attitude, still used to remember that just because she is there doesn't mean she has to take shit from anyone, from this track onwards Sai became completely pathetic. She was literally begging Virat to take her back for God's sake. This was way too many steps out of line for me.

It is one thing to make a character do certain controversial things to move the story forward, it is another completely to fully change their personality to fit the storyline. I feel like this is precisely what happened to Virat as well. Why he could still be loved while doing wrong and controversial things before, but afterward nobody could or even wanted to defend him anymore.

PL’s threat of burning Sai alive in holika and Sai joking about it and Virat’s silence over it- was end of it- both Sai and Virat completely off their characters and has never risen up since.

That holika marked a shift in their characters
