But how many times you will actually go in their kitchen and check whether they are cooking taking all the necessary cleanliness precautions or not? So, ye sab chhodo and khane pe dhyaan do, bas ! Food is love, baaki sab mohmaaya hai

Yup I prefer raw chillies. You have to cut them carefully in two pieces vertically, so that the inner part is visible, squeeze in some lemon juice in them, spray some salt on it and leave it for 5-10 minutes. The amount of lemon juice should be as much that at least all the chillies would be soaked in it. Try it, it tastes heavenly ❤️ But don’t have too many at once, your stomach may get in trouble 😆
