Meerab and Murtasim's marriage can actually be nullified because Meerab's contract was not a part of their actual Nikaahnama and no physical intimacy cannot be a condition for nikaah in Islam!
Also, as per my knowledge, their walima was a fluke too, because you cannot hold a walima ceremony until they husband and wife have spent atleast ONE night together.
All being said, Murtasim has a very valid reason to divorce her, as per Islamic rules, and we won't even have to go through the Iddah period because the marriage is not consummated.
