So, I want to know your opinions. Let’s assume the MR does not happen.
I’m still not convinced about the agression in both these characters.
Murtasim slapped Meerub.
He asked her to jumpShe slaps him
She spits on him.
They are pretty much even at this point. Only what happens next will determine who is right. Was Meerub always right in not trusting him or was he right all along and Meerub was wrong to treat him this way.
Either way, one character is ruined forever na? If murtasim does not do anything, can we move on from Meerub slapping, spitting, disrespecting him after all the love and understanding she has received from him?And if does assualt her, he is beyond any redemption. He is basically the most vile villain, even worse than MZ and haya.
There is aggression and their relationship clearly lacks a few very basic things:
A) Communication
B) Trust
C) Security
D) Acknowledgment
Two wrongs don't make a right.
MK slapping her, asking her to jump wasn't right.
Mee slapping him, spitting on him isn't right either.
But this is not how it works. Tit for Tat is not the solution.
Also, Meerab not reciprocating his feelings is completely normal. We cannot hold that against her. Love happens organically....for some it might take 1 min and others days,months....as normal as it can be.
As far as trust is concerned, it's not just Meerab. MK didn't trust her either in case of Rohail. The only difference being their reactions were different.
Yes, I do agree that she needs to atleast acknowledge his efforts and not disrespect him. But MK also needs to understand that at this point in time, it's difficult for her to trust people. She was in a way betrayed by everyone. There is a backstory we cannot ignore.
The fact is both of them are flawed in their own ways. They have their set of strengths and weakness...it's just a matter of time. They will eventually balance eo out.
