NO SA/MR..
I am 100% sure they won't go that route. Something definitely big has happened and I don't know how redeemable Murtasim or Meerub will be but definitely not SA/MR because that is a point of no return. They will not take such a big risk for a show that has gained million viewers across the sub continent.
All said and done, if you listen to Nooran's interview (don't kill me), she is not stupid. She made sense in her interview when Maliha went on asking her about why Haya is still there etc. She said that all the side characters are catalysts for the leads and their story to move forward. Yes, are there many illogical situations in the show? - 100%. But this is not an OTT drama, this on prime time TV - so it is made with the idea of cashing in on drama versus sensibilities. But, she also said how she is a pure romantic at heart. She loves her heroes, even if they rise at the cost of her heroines.
She justified Meerub's actions by talking about the psyche of a girl who was overnight abandoned by her parents and left to a totally opposite feudal family that she cannot relate to and even hates. Even in the back of her mind, she holds Murtasim responsible for this forced marriage - because he did not fight against it. She says this to Murtasim too in one of their fights - Why didn't you say no? Why didn't you fight and stop this marriage? This is why she still thinks that he is not as liberal as he claims or seems to be to her. That is why she has not been able to accept him 100%. she is always scared that he has the same mentality as his family and background.
Whatever happens in the next episode, is for Meerub to realize she was wrong. Something happens that finally makes her realize her mistake in judging Murtasim. Again, this is a trope by Nooran to rise her hero at the cost of the heroine (slapping/spitting). This is why Meerub looks distraught and Murtasim looks broken., not guilty. He does not look guilty. A man who has claimed to love his wife, has been so patient and gentle and caring towards her, won't just assault her and then also have no guilt and roam around in tashan, no matter what background they shown for him. This is not a realistic drama. Murtasim does not exist in reality. Feudal lords would have done worse to their wives already in all the times she has attacked his character/ghairat/stature. That's why, he won't suddenly turn negative.
I am telling you guys, the more I watch the episode, the promo, I am convinced that once again this is a 360 sixer from Nooran to make Murtasim a hero and Meerub look stupid. The climax is Meerub realizing her love for him and accepting him 100% with her heart and giving herself to him. We are predicting too much from BTS and random updates from the child actor's mom and other characters. We don't know how they will join the lines, but I think next episode will be a big "eff you" from Nooran to all the viewers/critics/people abusing her on IG and Twitter. She will not drop her Murtasim from the pedestal. Bhale, Meerub ki bali chad jaye.
