It's a drama, just because a particular character in a drama does something doesn't mean that's the right thing to do. I'd like to think people aren't that brainless. In that case, you should remove all the negative content from dramas and movies because someone could take inspiration.

... The 90s movies had the heroes eve teasing heroines bec 'uski na mein haan hoti hai'... Films were both a reflection of the society AND they reinforced and affected the youth's perception that this is right....

It is not about one person may take inspiration. That's an absolute simplification of a complex phenomena.. No one is going to rape their gf/wife because murtazim did so. But it reinforces that rape is a justified 'punishment' when the girl steps out of line and you see alot of tweets supporting it also.

.. Even fiction shows especially that have a large youth following have a social responsibility to propagate the right ideas especially about sensitive issues like sexual consent. Its 2023, we shouldn't be showing a love story and a hero committing MR.
