He is mad talented and dances really well..

He is definitely quite a successful actor..he could have had more hits but the hits he had were solid hits..like KS made on a budget of 30cr grossed 300cr in India..thats madness!!

Years later..he would only feel satisfied with the kind of career he has had..pretty good and some brave choices and excellent performances..also he never did something where he was cringe or embarrassingly bad..which almost every actor has had..be it HR in MPKDH/MDK..Saif in Humshakals and so many more..kareena in MPKDH/MDK..pure cringefest..he has either been exceptional or decent at worst..never this bad ever!!

Maybe he should have, then he would've been as successful as them

Doing a movie takes your time, mind, thoughts and soul.

Doing movies like jina sirf mere liye, mujhe kuch kehna hai, Khushi, Ashoka, talaash etc are waste of time but they did to sustain themselves in industry. I had to remember it for the sake of remembering the cringe movies of Kareena. Kareena kinda gave up on many many movies which would have taken her to great heights but she refuses to change and experiment.

Hritik is a great actor there is no second thoughts about it but aap mujhe achhe lagne Lage, Mai prem ki deewani hu, na tum Jano na hum, mujhse dosti karoge would have sunk him down if Koi mil Gaya didn't happen to him. He kept of experimenting himself further in different roles and hence the name.

Shahid has done more movies than both of them. He gave more flops in starting of his career like dol mangey more, deewane hue pagal, life ho to aisi, fool and final with his chocolatey acting and realised he needs to change and kaminey helped him.

All three of them after a period of time in their career understood not to do movie just for sake of acting and sustaining. It needs good movie to be talked about.

In Bollywood people are talked more about their off screen issues than their acting and movies.

Eariler there was a post about Ajay Devgan and why he is not famous or why no one takes him seriously.

Shahid, Ajay etc are taken seriously but they don't put their personal life out in public or don't have a crazy PR lobbying for them 24 x 7. Niether they are gossip mongrels to stay in lime light off screen.

Same as Ranbir. He is the same age as Ranbir too. Except that he is more talented and dances like a dream.

Shahid, Hritik are the star kid Bollywood needs.

The roles he has done have been iconic, a lot of the movies he did were ahead of their time but now have become timeless classics. Jab we met, chup chup ke, kaminey, haider, if released today would have grossed a lot more.

Also, he is a multi-talented guy, he is an amazing host, the iffa he hosted with Farhan in 2012 is my fav, he is good-looking, an amazing dancer, a very intelligent person, a good speaker and above all an amazing actor.

He is also a very strong-headed person with his own personality and identity, he has a fighter and a rebellious attitude which helped him survive in the industry with people who are always trying to pull you down. He was launched around the time when a lot of young nepo actors were launched/ruling but they all are forgotten now and only Shahid remains.

So, what do we want? Talented people to not survive because they don't have SOO many hits. Nepo babies to leave spot for non talented outsiders. Questinging not so pretty outsiders how did they survive. Not so talented nepo babies to get 10x chance or talented artist to not get chances & question why they got chances? 😂

- Shahid is an amazing actor.

- A great performer with captivating screen presence.

- Has fairly good script sense.

- Delivers a good act, even if the movie flops.

- Has no scandal. Doesn't do cringe shit to stay in limelight.

- minds his business.

- seems to have good work ethics, too.

Now, why wouldn't he survive when he's 1000x better as an actor even in his flop films than movie crossing 100crs 'coz of superstar who are making weird faces or singing twinkle twinkle little star showing 0 intetest in script & acting or the eye candy (Not necessarily) outsiders who can't act in 9/10.

Shahid doesn't compromise on his script. Neither does he let flop or hit change the way he prefers to work. THIS is any day better than taking "fans" for granted.
