I just said to my mutuals on twitter who are non watchers, that maybe this promo would be misleading, they got offended with it. They are like am I blind promo main sab dekha toh diya.

They said, Murtasim's character was supposed to be like that jab iski ego hurt hoti hai toh yeh pagal hojata hai etc

Geo do not give sh*t. What track they show which topic is sensitive which is not . They just want money thats all.

I've said this before and I'll say it again 7th SKY played very dirty with that cheap publicity stunt. They are money leeches and can stoop to any level to garner TRPs/ mint money - So no surprises there!

But why do viewers fall for it? Why do we jump the gun by just watching a 2 min promo? Am not questioning the instant reactions but am appalled at certain judgements that are being made without even seeing the full picture. So many posts in Twitter and even in this forum today had pretty much confirmed it is RAPE , so why do we assume the worst case scenario the minute we see a disheveled appearance of a woman - are we actually normalizing certain scenes/situations?

And there are also people who are saying,"Oh,even if it is not a rape that fact that they implied it is disgusting" - It's purely a clickbait but y cant we stop falling for it and use our voice of reason (after things settle down a bit). Just trying to understand here!

**I was kinda restless last night seeing people spew venom at the actors for doing this. Is this fair?

Yeah people around me who watched the promo r saying ka murtasim has forced himself on her kyuki pak drama main itna hi dekha sakte hain.They r sayingby looking at meerab's condition 😔

Hi all, first of all thankyou for all the threads..I have been a passive reader..this has been a great forum to read everyone's discussions, see GIFS, look at Memes, it has literally made me laugh out loud at so many occasions.😃 After looking at the latest promo and all the interviews, I definitely dont think its MR. After building MK for so many episodes as the good guy, they cannot ruin his character. Also, Hira aka Maryam has put a story saying "totally misunderstood next promo". Yumna in her IV also had said that Meerab thokar khaake seekhegi, so if there was anything close to MR, she would be the victim and all her beliefs about MK being a ridiculous man would turn out to be true, so why will she need to learn a lesson then? She gets an upper hand then saying "See if I was right all along" Even after Maryam fiasco her hawty behavior hasnt toned down, she doesnt think her mistake is very grave, so whatever happens, she will not be a victim as she is yet to be proven wrong and learn her lesson. I dont know what will happen - Rohail, verbal abuse, she admitting that she married MK for revenge and then crying out that she destoyed her own marraige - all theories floating in my head. SB and Meesam have stories that they will enter soon now - still figuring where does he feature in all this..but looking at everything apart from stupid TRP hungry GEO promos, nothings points to MR.

All can be justified by putting theories but the way he is reacting eyes red tears floating state disheveled this is not some rohail issue it's related to meerab only and I really fear ki gusse main isne saari limits cross kar di ho only part which i cannot justify by any means

If it was rohail issue, meerab will file complaint against murtasim

Won't leave him to punish him

So whatever happened, it's about their relationship not about third person.
