No sane person will say forcing yourself on your wife such that she runs away is the right thing to do.

When MB says haq she means Merub should willingly give her husband this haq- it dies not mean that MK should force this haq from her (haq dena vs haq cheenna are different things).

The debate in Islamic law is not if marital rape is allowed or not - MR is strictly prohibited.
