Meerab's expressions look guilty and sad while murtasim's expressions look hurt and angry.

Martial rape does not make sense.If murtasim did it then the type of person meerab is she will have hatred for murtasim.She will be more angry on him than feeling sad.

Bed looks clean too + why after separation murtasim would show tashan instead of being guilty.If he would do this tu he would get guilty for sure.
