That's so sad. When someone is ill and then passes away no matter how sad it is somewhere people close to them will be mentally prepared but sudden deaths take a troll on their loved one's life for a very long time.
Houses with pools should have safety measures if there are kids around. It's very dangerous. There should be some method to close the pool area or keep the kids away from that area.
