You stand up for people when they are right. And Sai is still thinking about Patralekha's husband using Savi to line maro on his ex wife by gifting her a saree. That flashback alone shows how much she subconsciously respects marriage as an institution. Be it the marriage of Virakhi or her own to Satya. There must have been 500 different times when Virat would have gifted her sarees when they were married but she had to think of that time when he was married to someone else. This is beyond gross.

Now, I don't care about ritualism but Sai gave a bhashan about Sanskriti, so this is on her.

Solah sringar represents your husband and not your son. This is why it comes from husband's home. To wear a sari that belongs to your ex-husband's current wife to a puja for your current husband is gross. Saris are offered to the goddess on Vat Savitri. At least, it is done so in my household, don't know about Maharashtra. So whatever she's doing to please her son is disrespectful and gross. She could have worn the Sari after the puja, and Vinu wouldn't have died.

Sai is selfish or at the very least self-centred and uncaring for the people she lives with. If she cannot be bothered, it is better she clarifies it to them rather than mein sanskriti ka bhaar uthaungi and keep fast for your son while wearing Patralekha ki uttaran.

See people are already saying Satya is a better man than Virat, so if they don't make him a bad guy and bring him to the level of DCP, how would they make people root for Virat? Satya as a good man is any day a better choice than DCP, so he is being downgraded so that DCP could look better. Sadly, it doesn't matter who else is a bad guy, DCP will still be a bad person and an abuser. Satya turning a bad choice for Sai doesn't make Virat a better/choosable guy.😆
