His anger can be for multiple reasons, I'm only putting his POV from my analysis, I neither support nor oppose his reasons.
A.Men think different to women. Men consider lack of physical intimacy as a sign of their inability and murtasim also shown to be having such feeling so for him his failure to get her approval is his shortcoming or kami. Whereas for women it's more of a sign of đ¸ romance a bond of trust and faith, hence meerab couldn't entertain his advances.
B.Meerab promising him at the terrace was fresh in his mind, so it was unbelievable for him to accept that sldespite promising she still met Rohail, the guy who once professed his love. He probably wouldn't mind her talking once he has her approval, and they become a husband and wife.
C.He never discussed his marital problems with his family or even his mum, their contract, lack of physical intimacy etc he wanted it to only remain in between them. But he's sure considering her cameraderie, meerab must have discussed the matters with her friends. No husband can take that lightly. Especially discussing their private matters with some strangers.
He can't live without her, and her innocence is enough of a cause to bring her back, but his anger about her contribution in mariyum Fiasco including how she deceived him during the âď¸ scene etc still bothering him.
Love is a very strange feeling, we can't live without our loved ones but at the same time when that person comes in front of us the first thing is we vent out our anger on them. Similar to a mother panicking for a missing child, chides them when they're found.
