I think that is what it is. He wants legal custody and wants him to be known as Abhir Birla. What a jerk though. He will disrupt his sons life for just satisfying his own ego?? He is going to choose Ruhi over Abhir and I am not going to judge that but why bring turmoil in his own sons and Askharas life? Also Arohi always gets what she wants. I don't think Abhimanyu needs a separate mention coz all he does is look at his mom at every confrontation and agree to all the venom and hypocrisy she spills without once introspecting that they themselves could also be wrong at many fronts!
