Haya's been saying everything is fair in love and war so she'll go to extremes. I feel she'll learn her lesson only when meerab and murtasim are separated, because haya is suffering with OLD and something extreme can bring her senses back.

What is OLD?

I think Haya reached a point where there is no return. She did not only do black magic but also she did it to kill Meerab. She made Meerab fall from the stairs. She put Mariyam in a dangerous situation to put Meerab in a difficult situation. She has done wrong. She is completely driven by the thoughts of making Meerab leave and get Murtasim. So Haya learning a lesson is not looking possible. She may continue to do things like this only.

There is a possibility of this happening. Like you said Haya wants Meerab out. It is either by making others misunderstand her and leave her or by making her walk out on her own. Now everybody in the haveli wants Meerab in. So Haya wants to make Meerab leave on her own.

Haya knows MeeMu relation is weak and also Meerub is impulsive and thrives on challenges she has alway hit her there and has always been successful. Even tomorrow her rush to hug him is because she expects Meerub will leave and there will be no dialogue between MeeMu and once she leaves she will work on Murtasim weakness- how she never trusted him and neither loved .

If Meerub who knows well H intentions and that Murtasim loves her stays back then it will change lot of things . It will be clear indication she is here for him and marriage and Murtasim will need no further affirmations from her especially given she came after muratabish he speaks previous episode (Wednesday) .

How them as couple handle Haya is another discussion!

Like someone said Meerab's trust was broken when Murtasim left her at Karachi. She already has trust issues but she started trusting Murtasim and believed that he would not leave her. But he left her breaking her trust.

And if only the hug scene happened Meerab might have shown the trust on Murtasim because she knows he was not interested in Haya. But before the hug scene he called Meerab Haya. We know that Haya was trying to talk to Murtasim before Meerab came. So he might have thought that it was Haya. But Meerab did not know that. I think when he called Meerab Haya she got angry. And in the next scene she saw the back hug of Haya. So there is a possibility of Meerab not trusting Murtasim because of her broken trust and also because he called her Haya before.

Here was my comment which I had posted in response to Gundam's post before.

In the script, Merub's motivation was one-note: Merub hates doing hisaab kitaab and she jumps on the excuse to escape more work MB wants to give her by going with MK to the gaon. Any other actor would have just acted it out as if there is only one character motivation - same as in the text.

But Yumna's expressions suggest that maybe Merub has another unspoken motivation for going to the gaon. When MK says his good bye, her expressions indicate that she is affected and it is dawning on her that she does not want him to be away from her for so many days. So she jumps up to say that I will go to the gaon too.

And that is what had us hooked to MeMu in those early episodes. The spoken vs unspoken. What MeMu say vs what they feel. Merub verbally tells him in an earlier scene in that episode she is glad he is going away but her expressions in this scene show us her (unspoken) feelings and they say otherwise.

It is how viewers like us charted their relationship progress. That fine, Merub is dheet so she won't admit her growing bond with MK but her expressions suggest that aag udhar bhi lag rahi hai.

I believe none of this arc, layering, nuance and depth was in the script EVER. That is why later episodes made us feel baffled and annoyed why Merub is being so inconsistent since our interpretation of Merub was based as much on what we saw MeMu DO not just SAY in earlier episodes. But, great acting can only take you so far if the script is so lacking and hollow. At least, they had a great run until E23 which is more than I can say for many PTV dramas.

Obsessive love disorder(OLD) is where a person assumes their obsession to be love, in Haya case she thinks her obsession with murtasim is ❤️ and she thinks she's doing something for the greater good. In her mind she deserves everything given to Meerab. Their separation can clear her illusionary ☁️ s and will make her realise that murtasim never had any feelings for her. Haya realisation that she's wasting her life, time and energy in a wasteful pursuit will let her bin all her schemes and move on.

Haya Obsession could be from the fact that she's an orphan and never had anything in her life with full rights. MB treated her like daughter but Haya isn't the real daughter, she also had some jealousy for mariyum for this reason, remember she said ek theer dho nishaani. Her life was always at the mercy and kindness of others. Hence, by hook or crook, she wanted to become the owner of wealth and riches of khan family by marrying murtasim.

In her mind Haya has all the valid reasons to fight for her love, because meerasim never had a proper marital relationship, meerab's unwillingness to respect their marriage and indifference to murtasim is quite evident to her.
