Loved the chapter.

I thought the Bitebox project took off when Arnav was offered the project and changed their financial situation. It turned out it did not. Does that mean, someone else stole the idea from Arnav and started a business using the app? Was it his boss?

Obviously Arnav is happy to get his hands back on the app/business which was his brain child.

Lot of insecurities, self control and assumptions ruled their married life.

But, this is definitely not what they both want.

So many things went wrong and in spite of being too critical on themselves they both ended up in this situation. Or may that was reason why they both ended up in this situation.

yeah, Arnav’s career and life journey obviously have a big role to play in what he has become in the present time. At this point of time, he is simply interested in Bitebox as the food delivery system while he actually worked on a restaurant management software that was cut down due to being unprofitable. As long as the chapter’s are concerned, I have the vague idea in my head that these things have to go specifically within the same chapter and things then just always get too long. I think I can cut down the chapter if I have some time for editing but I feel like the little things are important. :)

The deeper you go in your writing the more we understand what is happening between Arnav and Khushi. This is so well written that it is hard to wait for updates and for the story to unfold. Eagerly awaiting for you to tell the story your way.

The way she reacted to the retelling of his past with Anamika, may have been the reason he did not tell her about Lavanya. She was so hurt about an ex girlfriend who came along before she was even in the picture. The Lavanya chapter is going to hurt many times more. It will never get easier.

That’s true Coderlady but he was willing to tell her about Lavenya if she didn’t agree to the divorce so I don’t think this Arnav is so concerned with Khushi’s feelings if it gets in the way of what he wants. And he knew Khushi’s feelings on this before getting entangled with Lavenya so it’s late for him to be thinking about her feelings now. For me infidelity is a no no. If things are at that stage call it quits and get out of the marriage or at least do something to try and save it. But of course we don’t know that story yet.

So is Arnav going into the movie making business or food delivery? Looks like both. Bitebox. Its personal to him. Taking over would be the sweetest revenge. He lost it once but now he has a chance to get it back.

So the baby suggestion came from Arnav, even if it was half hearted. That comes as a surprise. We would have thought Khushi would be the one to propose that. She realized it was not the right time to bring a child in the mix, and made sure it didn't happen. Its hard to tell if a child would have reconnected them. If not, one more person stood to get hurt.

That was the most insensitive thing ever. He was prepared to use the information about the affair to ensure the divorce happened. But still, he is not completely devoid of feelings for her. Cheating is not acceptable. He did wrong her. Not telling her as he went about the divorce was wrong too.

Its almost like he thinks he is doing the right thing. But he never asked her.

"What was even the point of it all?"

The question he had to ask himself earlier. There is no one in his life to share the success with. When he gets to where he wants to go, who will be there with him?

Perhaps, Khushi already knew something about Lavenya being involved with Arnav as one reader pointed out and she just didn’t acknowledge it. That would certainly be a reason to not have a child with him at this point in their marriage. Not knowing the story yet, my feeling is she has an inkling he has been unfaithful.
