They already did that during lawyer's meeting, Akshara's lawyer spoke about Abhimanyu's anger issues and his unpredictable nature. I don't know what they are attempting here, why give him that dialogue if the narrative is that Akshara didn't target Abhimanyu on a personal level?

If abhi's lawyer does any personal attack on akshu abhi can not take it as he himself was very clear ki he wants play fair. That's the reason abhi was not a part of first lawyer meeting.

If akshu's lawyer does personal attack akshu would back up abhi as she starts remembering her life with abhi where he was caring. The questions would be raised why abhi wanted go abort kid. For which akshu knows why.

Even it inturn can remind her abhi asked her to stay in room and he was not angry but was calm but she ignored and which triggered other events.

I feel it is majorly to make leads realize their mistakes and introspect.
